HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices in a bowl
In a separate bowl combine eggs, butter, honey and vanilla and mix well
Add flour etc and mix well
Fold in the remaining ingredients
Pour into 2 x 20cm lined cake tins
Bake at 180 deg C for 50 to 60 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE THE HONEY ICING
Cream butter, honey and cheese till thick and smooth
Beat in powdered milk and vanilla essence
When the cake is cool, ice it with honey icing and sprinkle it with coconut.
