    Step1

    Soak chick peas and faba beans over night, drain and rinse

    Add to food processor

    Step3

    Peel and chop garlic, parsley and coriander

    Step4

    Add herbs, spices, lemon and olive oil to food processor

    Step5

    Pulse blend until all ingredients well combined and grainy

    Step6

    Place mixture in a bowl and form into small balls and patties with hands

    Step7

    Deep fry in oil and drain

    Step8

    Assemble 3 in pita bread with tomato, lettuce, tabbouleh and yoghurt sauce

    Step9

    Wrap and grill in flat sandwich maker
