    Step1

    Heat oil in a large pot and fry onion, when clear, add spices and fry until fragrant

    Step2

    Add chicken pieces and fry to flavour

    Step3

    Add vegetable stock and coconut cream and stir

    Step4

    Add vegetables and add enough water to cover

    Step5

    Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour with the lid on and stirring frequently

    Step6

    Serve with steamed rice.
