    Step1

    Blend raspberries and sugar in a blender until smooth

    Step2

    Mix yogurt and cream in a bowl and add vanilla essence then stir in the berry mixture

    Step3

    Whisk egg white until stiff peaks form

    Step4

    Gently fold in egg whites with the raspberry mixture using a metal spoon

    Step5

    Spoon Raspberry Fool into individual serving dishes and chill for at least an hour

    Step6

    Decorate with a dob of cream and a few whole raspberries.
